Team Member Recognition Program
Team Members on the Team are recognized daily when executing the behaviors driving the success of our organization. when a Leader of our Team see’s a Team Member going above and beyond, embodying our Vision and Mission, or executing one of our highlight behaviors, they are given a Team Member Recognition Card. In addition to being recognized, the Team Member can turn in those cards for various rewards.
Team Member Spotlight
Each week we highlight a different Team Member on our social channels. This is an opportunity for our Guests and community to get to know some of the incredible individuals who execute on the reputation we are known for. In addition to the highlight on our social channels the Team Member gets a gift bag from our Leadership Team as a small thank you for delivering on the experience our Guests expect.
Each month we highlight one individual in embodying our Vision and Mission. This individual is highlighted on our internal Team communication as well as given a reward package.
Nametag Future Goals
At Chick-fil-A Gateway Park we believe we are a launching pad to help our Team Members achieve their goals and dreams in life. That is why our Employment Promise is to help make our Team Members better, more valuable versions of themselves. With this in mind, we ask new Team Members what they want to do with their life. If they have a goal or dream in life, we put that under their name on their nametag. This allows our Team and community to celebrate, support and encourage these dreams.
