Orientation
Orientation will be your first in person step after you are hired. During orientation we will provide you with your training uniform, nametag, and login credentials in addition to giving you a tour of the restaurant, begin introducing you to your fellow team members, going through the Team Handbook in more detail and answering any and all questions you have.
Training
Training is critical in setting your operational foundation in the restaurant and we spend quite a bit of time with you here. You will be paired one-on-one with a trainer for your first two to three weeks that is dedicated to your success. They are there to help you navigate the various roles and build confidence in executing in them.
